St. Francis Educare was established in August 1981 as one of the `1234the first ECD(Early Childhood Development) facility in the Strandfontein area – near Mitchell's Plain (Western Cape).
The Centre is registered in terms of the Childcare Act, as well as a Grade R facility with the Western Cape Education Department.
